Irish WordPress website hosting, domain registration and email services
We can provide you with website hosting and domain name registration*. Our hosting package is set up for WordPress and gives you everything you need for a fast WordPress website.
We charge €120 per year for website hosting and email service.
* We only provide hosting and domain name registration in combination with our web design services.
We can provide you with any domain name. Be it the favourites like .com, .ie or .org or the new and very effective domains like .design, .business, .email, .company etc.
We always register your domain in your name and with your email address as a contact address, so you can be sure that if you would like to transfer your domain it is easy to do.
Top Level Domains like .com, .org and .net are free to register on a first come, first served basis. Country domains like .ie require more info to be sent to the domain register. See the FAQ below what is required for a .ie domain name.
We charge domain registration annually. Our prices for domain registration are a bit more expensive than when you would register your domain name yourself, as we have to cover some of the administrative fees. However, you might find it more convenient to have all your website needs under one company instead of keeping track of different invoices.
An idea of prices for the most commonly used domain names:
.com, .org, .net €30/year

If you already purchased hosting with another company and wish to keep that hosting we can install and develop your new website on your current hosting server. In order to install a WordPress website your current host should support:
PHP version 7 or greater
MySQL version 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.0 or greater
Most hosting providers support these. We would also need access to your host’s control panel. You should have gotten your control panel login details when you purchased your hosting.
We provide hosting and domain registration as an extra service for clients we also designed a website for.
Just moving your website to our hosting is not permitted by our hosting provider. But if you want us to re-design your current website we’ll be happy to also host your website.
In order to get a .IE domain name you need to prove your connection to Ireland. All .ie domains require supporting documentation and/or information to complete the application process. Choose the category that best applies to you and click to find out what you need (a new tab will open and show you a handy information sheet from Register365)

Yes you can. What we would need from you is access to your domain name control panel so we can change the DNS to point your domain to our web server.
If you are currently a client of Artvaark Design and we are hosting your website you will need to find another hosting company when you want to go to another web designer.
We only provide hosting for our clients.
